Roles & Responsibilities of a Growth Executive
- Prospect for potential leads who may be eligible for Skilled Migration to Australia, Global Talent Visa, or other visa categories.
- Conduct initial lead qualification and provide general information on Australian migration pathways.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable migration pathways based on the information provided.
- Collect, research, and accurately record information received from leads and prospects.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
- Effectively nurture new leads through timely and consistent follow-ups with the objective of progressing them through the sales pipeline.
- Build trust and confidence with prospective clients through professional phone calls, video meetings, emails, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and send accurate, well-formatted service agreements, proposals, and client communications while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Ensure all client documentation, calculations, and records are accurate and professionally presented.
- Develop a good understanding of current Australian migration trends and provide general information to prospects within the approved scope.
- Receive ongoing training and development from experienced team members on Australian immigration programs, visa pathways, and company processes.
- Identify cases requiring technical assessment or further review and escalate them to the appropriate team member.
- Work efficiently within agreed timelines while achieving individual and team KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong, honest, and professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ensure all enquiries and service agreements are handled in accordance with company service standards and in the best interests of both the client and the company.
- Assist with company marketing campaigns, webinars, online events, and other business development initiatives as required.
- Support other business-related projects and administrative activities as required.

Candidate Must Have
To succeed as a Growth Executive, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Comfortable Working in 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM Indian Standard Time.
- Graduate degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business development, Customer Success, Immigration Services, or another client-facing role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise work, manage multiple enquiries, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Confidence in speaking with prospective clients over the phone and building rapport through meaningful conversations.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently follow up with leads and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Willingness to continuously learn about Australian migration pathways, visa programs, company processes, and sales best practices.
