I was at that point illegal in the country and not allowed to work.

I would strongly recommend using immigration hotspot to anyone who finds themselves in the position of needing immigration help. I had a complex case, and was extremely distressed when I was told to seek legal advice by home affairs. My visa had ran out, and I had wrongly applied for a bridging visa E and was illegal in the country. I was told by a different migration agent I would have to leave Australia. I tried several other migration agents listed on the Aus government website before seeing their details and calling, and Aakarsh from immigration hotspot was the first person I had spoken to that day who treated me with compassion and reassured me that we did still have options to sort out my case. Ashwin was also extremely helpful and reassuring and given the urgency of my case (I was at that point illegal in the country and not allowed to work), they worked into the evening and were on hand at any point over the coming weeks and months to get everything processed as quickly and smoothly as possible. My visa came through, and I’ve also decided to have the immigration hotspot team help with my PR application.
