REFUND POLICY



General Terms

  • Refunds are considered only in specific circumstances as outlined in this policy.
  • All refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to our official address. 

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Consultation Fees: Fees paid for consultations (in-person, video, or phone) are non-refundable. 
  • Government/Third-Party Fees: Payments made to third parties, such as assessment fees, consultation fees or medical examination costs, are non-refundable under any circumstances. 
  • Administrative Fees: Any administrative or service charges incurred in processing your request are non-refundable. 

Refund Eligibility

  • Failure to Deliver Services: If we fail to deliver services explicitly outlined in the agreement, you may be eligible for a refund after an internal review. 
  • Cancellation by the Client or Termination of Agreement by either party: If the client cancels the service, a partial refund may be provided based on the stage of the process, as listed in the detailed terms and conditions of the services provided.  

Refund Process

  • Refund eligibility is determined based on the following stages of service: 
    • Before Initiating the Process: If the client cancels before any work has begun, 80% of the service fee will be refunded (excluding administrative costs). 
    • After Documentation Collection: If the process has begun (e.g., documentation has been collected or submitted), only 50% of the service fee will be refunded.
    • Post-Submission to Authorities: No refunds will be provided once the application is submitted to the relevant government authorities. 

Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be issued for delays or rejections caused by: 
  • Failure to provide complete or accurate information. 
  • Misrepresentation or fraudulent documents provided by the client. 
  • Changes in personal circumstances (e.g., change in job, financial status, etc.). 

Refund Timeframe

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 30 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or an agreed alternative.Β 

Dispute Resolution

  • In case of a dispute, the issue will be reviewed by our management team, and their decision will be final and binding.
