Lateness and No Shows

In the event that you are late to your confirmed appointment, depending on your RMA’s schedule, we will try and accommodate you however, we may not be able to offer you the complete duration. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, your consultation fee is forfeited and if you wish to re-book, you will need to make a new consultation booking online.
