Invitation process and cut offs
The highest ranked clients by points score are invited to apply for the relevant visa. For clients who have equal points scores, the time at which they reached their points score for that subclass (referred to as the date of effect) determines their order of invitation. Expressions of Interest with earlier dates of effect are invited before later dates.
Skill Select first allocates available places toΒ Skilled β Independent visas (subclass 189)Β and then the remaining toΒ Skilled β Regional (Provisional) visas (subclass 489). If all places are taken up by subclass 189 visas then there will be no invitations issued for subclass 489 visas in these occupations.

When should i expect my invitation.

Your occupation has been sitting at 90 points post 16.11.2019 and we would only know the backlog of 85 pointers once 85 pointers start getting invited.

SC491 EOI’s are dependent on what the eligibility criteria for the relavant state or territory is.
All States/Territories will reopen with the new financial year quotas in July-Aug 2020, which is when you shoud re-assess.
