Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in meeting with new & existing corporate clients to provide strategic advice to solve their current recruitment needs and assist with developing effective strategies for future needs
- Provide timely and accurate advice regarding Employer sponsored visas and related immigration issues such as reviews, refusals/cancellations and compliance. Responsible for effective preparation, lodgement and liaison until decision of employer sponsored applications including:
- Temporary Employer Sponsored 482/494 Nominations and Visa Applications
- Training 407 Nominations and Visa Applications
- Temporary 400 and 408 visas
- Permanent Employer sponsored 186 Nominations and Visa Applications
- Meet with and communicate regularly and effectively with Sponsors and Nominees to prepare and lodge high-quality decision-ready nomination and visa applications on time
- Prepare high standard technically sound RMA submissions, nominations and visa applications to submit to the Department of Home Affairs
- Quality Assurance, checking nomination and visa applications prior to lodgement
- Respond to RFI’s, writing quality RMA submissions
- Identify new clients, industries and opportunities
- Be accountable for maintaining up-to-date client records and Code of Conduct-compliant files in Migration Manager
- Develop and maintain strong existing client relationships
- Effectively liaise with new and potential clients and provide fast and seamless service experience
- Benefit from the speed & efficiency of the experienced Migration Support team and conduct final reviews of the work completed
- Offices and teams in two countries that have been successfully collaborating and working in Hybrid-mode
- Assist with practiceβs marketing campaigns and participate in the events and webinars (as required)
- Aptitude & ability to meet and exceed KRAs and KPIβs and maintain open communication with Founder and RMA
