Roles & Responsibilities

If you’re an experienced Growth Specialist with a deep understanding of Australian migration pathways. In this vital role, you will prospect leads for Skilled Migration and Global Talent Visas, providing initial evaluations and strategic guidance under the mentorship of our Growth Partner. You’ll nurture leads to drive successful outcomes, prepare high-quality agreements, and maintain strong client relationships while staying up to date with immigration legislation. Roles and Responsibilities:Β 

  • Prospecting for potential leads who may be eligible for Skilled Migration to Australia or for Global Talent Visa or other visa categoriesΒ 
  • Provide initial evaluation (general eligibility) and guidance to leads and prospects on skilled migration program in generalΒ 
  • Provide pragmatic and strategic assistance on Australian migration pathways under the guidance of Growth PartnerΒ 
  • Remain up to date with any changes to the Australian legislation and hence search for the best options for prospectsΒ 
  • Receive training and development by Growth Partner and MARA Registered Migration Agent on latest updates on Australian immigration & visa laws and policiesΒ 
  • Collect, research, and analyze data from leads and prospectsΒ 
  • Effectively and efficiently nurture new leads with the aim of closing in the near futureΒ 
  • Experience with CRM’s.Β Β 
  • Have a sense of understanding of the current trends in Australian Migration and provide generic advice regarding all the skilled visa options available to leads.Β Β 
  • Prepare and send high-quality and accurate agreements and get clients to sign and close as per the KPIsΒ 
  • Be able to work on tight timelines and handle the pressure of closing business as per the KPIs allocatedΒ 
  • Identifying complex cases early to handover to Growth Partner to take furtherΒ 
  • Maintain strong honest working relationships with all clients and colleagues and provide an exceptional customer service experienceΒ 
  • Ensuring that all inquiries and service agreements are dealt with in line with agreed service standards and in interests of the company as well as the client.Β 
  • Assist with company marketing campaigns and participate in online events as and when required.Β 
  • Work on other business-related projects as requiredΒ Β 
  • Utilise your excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external clientsΒ 
  • A genuine interest and a sincere approach to adding value to your prospects leading to having a positive impact on their livesΒ

Candidate Must Have

    • Availability: Comfortable working from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM Indian Standard Time, based in Hyderabad.
    • Education and Experience: Graduate degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
    • Skills:
      • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and inform clients professionally and discreetly. Ability to connect with potential clients and clearly articulate the benefits of services.
      • Client Support: Exceptional ability to build rapport and provide outstanding support to clients throughout their journey.
      • Organizational and Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. Proficient in managing responsibilities and tight timelines.
      • Adaptability: Demonstrates agility to adapt to a changing startup environment, with a willingness to acquire new skills promptly, showcasing a growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
      • Collaboration: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives and foster a positive work environment.
      • Technical Proficiency: Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, Outlook, Zoom, and Teams.
      • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to identify challenges, develop effective solutions, and ensure accuracy and compliance through meticulous review of documents and agreements.
