Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • This position is accountable for preparing legally accurate and timely preparation & lodgement of stages of a range of applications along with supporting documents.
  • Efficiently process and effectively manage Employer Sponsored Visas (SC482 & SC186) visa matter stages from start to finish with effective and efficient use of industry leading Australian migration law software Migration Manager.
  • With exceptional attention to detail in each task, ensure clear and concise communication, both written and verbal to foster an effective workflow both with internal and external clients
  • Effectively use all company softwares being the driver of Migration Manager software for initiating client matters, elodgments, client communication & other functions.
  • Be responsible for maintaining up-to-date client records in (Migration Manager) and OMARA Code of Conduct- compliant files under the guidance of the Case Manager/ Registered Migration Agent
  • Confidently meet with and communicate regularly via MS Teams, Hubspot, Zoom Meetings Pro/ Zoom Phone/ Emails etc. with current clients and corporate clients to prepare & lodge timely and accurate visa applications (all stages)
  • Pro-actively check all information & documents uploaded by clients regularly on Migration Manager portal and liaise via emails and follow up with clients to ensure lodgments remain on track, ensuring team monthly lodgment KPIs are achieved
  • Research and stay up to date on any new requirements for Employer Sponsored Visas: SC482 and SC186
  • Research, preparation and lodgment of high-quality submissions drafts with the assistance of Case Manager/ Registered Migration Agent in support of various matters
  • Liaise with Department of Home Affairs (DHA) requests (RFI’s) on behalf of clients and communicating to both parties timely and seamlessly keeping client’s best interests and the desired visa outcome in mind at all times.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal team members & clients and other industry stakeholders, authorities etc.
  • Weekly addition of new prospect matters in Migration Manager (MM) who have paid and made meetings bookings for next week (to be actioned on Fridays before COB) via ‘Acuity Scheduling software’
  • Liaise, and facilitate referral of current clients to Associates/ partners for health policy issuing purposes for clients in association with IH associates on a case-to-case basis
  • E-meet clients via Teams or Zoom Pro Meetings for case progress update meetings to explain the progress on their matter and the next steps required to be taken to consistently progress with all matters
  • Ensure prompt action, resolution & filling of each incoming email
  • Assist Case Manager/ RMA in researching for solutions to complex cases and as and when required for certain specific matters or adhoc requirements as necessary.
  • Assist with company marketing campaigns and participate in online events etc. (as required.
  • Work on other business-related projects as required.
  • Attract new clients and foster repeat clients within the firm at all times.
  • Timely Lodgement of legally accurate, high quality and decision-ready application stages for various visa application matter types with positive outcome as the objective at each stage.
  • Utilise your excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external clients
  • A genuine interest and a sincere approach to adding value to your prospects leading to having a positive impact on their lives

Candidate Must Have

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Employer Sponsored Visas for Australia.

  • You possess strong research skills, particularly in Legendcom, to navigate new and complex immigration matters.
  • You work well in a busy, collaborative, and social team environment, bringing positive energy and a willingness to contribute.
  • You are comfortable and proficient in using software such as Migration Manager to manage cases effectively.
